Egyptian Mohamed Salah, Liverpool's star player, continued to write history in the English Premier League by achieving unprecedented numbers in the tournament.
Salah scored two goals and made two assists in Liverpool's 6-3 victory over host Tottenham in the 17th round of the Premier League.

Thus, the Liverpool winger outperforms the Norwegian Erling Haaland, Manchester City's striker, in the race to win the Golden Boot in the English Premier League.
The Egyptian Pharaoh raised his scoring tally to 15 goals this season after 17 matches, surpassing Haaland, City's top scorer, by two goals (13 goals).
Salah also outperformed Arsenal's Bukayo Saka in the number of assists, with 11 assists.
After creating the third goal, Salah became the first player in Premier League history to score more than 10 goals and provide more than 10 assists in a single season in the competition.
The former Roma and Chelsea striker also became the first player in the history of the competition to score 10 or more goals and provide 10 or more assists in four consecutive seasons.
Salah took his tally to 229 goals for Liverpool, making him the fourth-highest scorer in the club's history in all competitions after surpassing the Scot Billy Liddell (228 goals).
Salah is now aiming to break Gordon Hodgson's record, who scored 241 goals for the club between 1925 and 1936.
